Terms of Use and License Agreement
TL;DR — be a decent human being.
By using this website ("Service") or any WordMagic CMS products, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.
§I Account Terms
- Age: You must be at least 13 years old.
- Humanity: Registration by "bots" is prohibited. You must be a human.
- Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your password. WordMagic CMS is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for all content and activity that occurs under your account.
§II Licensing and Domains
- One License — One Domain: Each WordMagic CMS license grants the right to use the product for one (1) public domain.
- Domain Management: You can independently change the domain linked to the license in your WordMagic personal account.
- Verification: The system automatically verifies domain compliance. Attempts to bypass this verification violate the terms and will lead to license revocation.
§III Payment and Refund Policy
- Refund Policy: As our software is a digital product, we generally do not offer refunds after a license key has been activated.
- Exceptions: If you encounter a critical technical issue that we are unable to resolve within 14 days, we will consider a refund request. After a refund, the license is canceled, and the software will cease to function on your domain.
§IV General Conditions and Support
- Support: Primary technical support is provided through our Discord server. Email remains a backup channel for official inquiries.
- As Is: The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the software will work on every specific server configuration without additional setup.
- Respect: Any disrespectful behavior or threats toward our team will result in immediate account suspension without a refund.
§V Limitation of Liability
WordMagic CMS is not liable for any direct or indirect damages (loss of data, profit) resulting from the use of our tool. You are solely responsible for what you create.
